American DJ Electra LED Review

The coverage of the American DJ Electra LED was the first thing I noticed upon turning it on. It’s mirror danced to the music sending a wild array of light around the room cascading from wall to wall. The surprises kept on coming with 76 crisp beams of light scrolling through a multitude of built-in patterns. This gave the appearance of a conventional halogen based light, but with a kicker; each color was controlled separately and created it’s own distinctive pattern.

Given the fact the Electra weighs in at only 5lbs, it is a heavy weight when providing an inexpensive way to add the look of intelligent lighting and the coolness of LEDs on a smaller budget.
