For starters, the main stage of this appropriately-named festival is located inside the world’s third largest wave pool at the Big Surf Waterpark in Tempe, AZ. Although the 2.5-million-gallon pool is drained for the off-season show, the park’s water slides remain open, allowing Sound Wave attendees to mix in some waves with their rave.
