May 27, 2009 A Las Vegas casino developer decided to bring a little Vegas to Pennsylvania when it redeveloped the historic Meadows Race Track into an entertainment complex with harness racing, casino, bowling center, lounge and restaurants.

Last year, Verizon purchased the airwaves previously used for analog television, the so-called 700 MHz spectrum, the same 700 MHz that most pre-2009 wireless microphones operate on.
