Beatport, the recognized leader in electronic music downloads, has announced today a license deal with PRS for Music (formerly known as the MCPS-PRS Alliance).

PRS for Music represents music from over 60,000 songwriters, composers and music publisher members. In addition to the repertoire PRS for Music represents for the UK, the license provides Beatport with access to Pan European rights for Warner Chappell and Peer Music as well as access to a range of performing rights from PRS for Music members on a Pan-European basis.
