The DJ Office and the Web Get Married

MINNEAPOLIS, MINNESOTA. -- December 4, 2001 -- Mobile DJ Network announced today the official launch of DJ Webmin Disc Jockey Booking Administration web-ware to the public. "We are very excited to have finally reached this day. DJ Webmin has been a need for a very long time with our local mobile dj service and others around the country. We've tested and probed for months to create a rock solid and complete booking solution. This solution will allow the mobile disc jockey industry to control their booking and dj administration from virtually anywhere they have internet access." said Barry Cedergren, DJ Webmin founder and lead developer.

The launch of the DJ Webmin Booking Administration web-ware (web based software lingo) promises a completely new revolution to this industry. With the launch of DJ Webmin comes a promising new standard in DJ booking administration because of it's complexity, ease of use and total mobility. There is nothing available on the market that can complete with what it features and the solution it provides to time consuming booking/dj administration. "The release of DJ Webmin will allow the Mobile DJ industry to concentrate more on the time consuming things...music, system repairs, marketing, not booking administration." Cedergren went on to say. The offering of a free trial membership, completely private company control and unlimited system administration is guaranteed to make the market jump toward it.

On January 28, 2002 -- DJ Webmin released new features that DJ’s have asked for.

Since the December 2001 introduction of DJ Webmin, the mobile entertainment industry has been interested to see what it can do for them. A large budget was invested in test market advertising of a no obligation 30-day trial of DJ Webmin, and the test was a great success. DJ Webmin founder Barry Cedergren said, "The test of the interest was to give DJ’s a 30-day trial with no dollar amount obligations, this way they can see what it can do and not be afraid of getting charged whether they like it or not. This was the best thing we could have done because the wonderful disc jockeys in our market were happy to give

us suggestions that would solve their booking problems with DJ Webmin. Most of those suggestions have been implemented now, it’s the most powerful tool available to DJ’s."

DJ Webmin feature additions include:

  • Incoming Call Logging, call attaching to show dates

  • Contract, DJ Info Sheet emailing in tact with paper version with logo
  • A visual calendar showing/linking to event bookings for that month
  • Text delimited data backup for venue, event and customer data
  • Repeat Customer List features for easy repeat event bookings
  • A "New Look" for easier navigation and professionalism

Additional features should you look forward to in the upcoming months:

  • Online Event Planner/Request List, customer submits to your DJ Webmin

  • Various helpful event booking financial reports
  • Personal online music database with music request shop cart feature

DJ Webmin knows what the DJ industry is asking for, DJ Webmin is not afraid to provide the solution. Visit their website at http://www.djwebmin.com
