Promo Only Announces the Release of
Hot Video Classics (Best of 1997).

The Best Top 40 Pop, Dance, Urban, Rock and Country Videos of 1997 digitally remastered for DVD.

Orlando, FL (November 19, 2001) - Promo Only, Inc., the nation's largest

subscriber-based music and music video service, today announced the release of Hot Video Classics (Best of 1997), the newest in its line of specialty DVD music video compilations.

"We're committed to offering our customers the best of both worlds:

classic music videos that look and sound as though they were made today," said Promo Only director, Jim Robinson. "Thanks to today's technology-we can."

Hot Video Classics (Best of 1997) features 40 essential music videos digitally remastered by the same team of audio and video engineers responsible for the complete line of Promo Only DVD music video.

"We see a need, and we're addressing it," continued Robinson. "Too many music professionals and retailers today are reluctant to add classic videos to their format because they feel they'll have to sacrifice quality. As a result, many great, great music videos are being left on the shelves - videos that still generate tremendous viewer response are not being enjoyed because they look and sound dated."

"It's also an issue of reliability and ease-of-use," added director of

operations, John DiSalvo. "With DVD there's no more fumbling with clumsy

VHS tapes, no more compensating for uneven audio levels, no more dealing

with a video made worn by repeated plays. Worry-free operation and uncompromising quality is essentially what this series is about."

Once the top videos of a given year are selected by Promo Only's executive programmers, each video is then completely re-engineered in their state-of-the-art studios; both the audio and video tracks are swept clean of defects and brought to the highest possible standards.  Each video is then encoded onto one double-layered DVD, allowing for three continuous hours of enhanced music video.

"Is there an audience demand for these classic videos?" concluded Robinson. "Clearly people love to be reminded of the special songs that make up the soundtracks of their lives."

Sample listings of the Best of 1997 collection include, but are not

limited to: 'Push,' Matchbox Twenty; 'Honey,' Mariah Carey; 'Fly,' Sugar

Ray; 'Mo Money Mo Problems,' The Notorious B.I.G.; and 'Men In Black,' Will Smith.

Hot Video Classics (Best of 1997) is available by contacting Promo Only

directly at 407-331-3600. Complete track listings for Hot Video Classics

(Best of 1997) may best be viewed by visiting Promo Only's web site at www.promoonly.com or by directing your email request to sales@promoonly.com. No dealer inquiries, please.

For detailed technical specifications of Promo Only's digital encoding process, we invite you to contact Promo Only director of video operations, Nick Allard at nickallard@promoonly.com.
